What do I get access to?

You’ll have full administrator access to your WordPress site at all times, ensuring you can manage content and settings as needed.

All other server related needs are handled via our robust ticketing system.

Beyond that we typically limit access to SFTP, SSH, PHPMyAdmin, and similar tools to maintain the structural integrity of our optimizations. While we can absolutely provide these access points if necessary, we prefer to handle them on your behalf.

Our end-to-end white-glove service is designed to take the technical worries off your plate, so you can focus on your business without the hassle of managing backend details.

This measure in no way restricts your access to your own site—it’s simply part of our commitment to keeping your site running smoothly.

How do I contact you for support?

We make it easy for you to reach us whenever you need assistance. You can choose the method that works best for you:

  • Text: For quick, on-the-go support, simply text us anytime. We’re available 24/7 to assist you.
  • Live Chat: Our client’s can access expert developers via chat (not tech support, actual devs!)

What do you charge for hourly work?

Our hourly rate is $150/hr, but we often prefer flat-rate quotes for projects to help you budget around a fixed amount.

Once you sign up, you’ll be given login credentials and you can sign in directly here

You can also open the menu and chose “Login” with the credentials we provided at signup.

How do I pay?

We’re flexible; Credit Cards, ACH, Wire Transfers & Zelle are all acceptable forms of payment.

You’ll be on a recurring invoice delivered via email (we use Freshbooks) that you can cancel at anytime by reaching out to us.
