Project Overview

I will design and develop a unified, high-performance digital ecosystem to position GH Daniels III & Associates as a premium regional facility management partner.

The project includes four visually cohesive, lightning-fast static websites:

Corporate Hub (~3 Pages): The master brand site outlining company vision and routing traffic to the sub-brands.

FMC Flagship (~7 Pages): A high-end B2B sales tool targeting enterprise clients, featuring a "boutique" aesthetic and an interactive SiteFotos tech demo.

GHD Landscape Center (~6 Pages): A modernized overhaul of the existing site, preserving local SEO.

The Landscape Center (~6 Pages): A design refresh maintaining consistent branding and regional focus.

All sites will feature a modern, light-themed aesthetic, premium typography, and mobile-perfect responsive design. The full ecosystem will be launched within a 6-week timeframe.

Service Agreement

Overview

This agreement is between Tamer Designs ("we", "us") and GH Daniels III & Associates, Inc. ("you", "Client") for website design, development, and optionally hosting services.

What We'll Deliver

We'll build you a custom website as described in this proposal. This includes all pages listed, the included services, and any add-ons you've selected. You'll get up to 3 rounds of revisions to make sure everything is just right.

Payment Terms

Payment for this project is structured as follows:

50% Deposit to Begin — $8,500 (50%)
25% Upon Completion of 2 sites — $4,250 (25%)
25% Upon Completion of all 4 sites — $4,250 (25%)

Your Responsibilities

You'll provide content (text, images, logos) in a timely manner, give feedback within a reasonable timeframe, and handle your own domain registration. Don't worry — we'll guide you through everything.

Ownership

Once paid in full, you own your website content and we'll provide all necessary credentials. We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Changes & Cancellation

Need to change scope? Just let us know — we'll provide a revised quote. If you need to cancel, deposit covers work completed to date. We'll part as friends and provide whatever files will help you move forward.

The Fine Print

We'll do our absolute best work, but we can't guarantee specific business results. Our liability is limited to the fees you've paid. Any disputes will be handled through good-faith conversation first.
