Overview

This agreement is between Topsyde ("we", "us") and Party Rentals Delivered ("you", "Client") for website design, development, and optionally hosting services.

What We'll Deliver

We'll build you a custom website as described in this proposal. This includes all pages listed, the included services, and any add-ons you've selected. You'll get up to 3 rounds of revisions to make sure everything is just right.

Payment Terms

The project begins when we receive your 50% deposit. The remaining 50% is due before we launch your site.

Your Responsibilities

You'll provide content (text, images, logos) in a timely manner, give feedback within a reasonable timeframe, and handle your own domain registration. Don't worry — we'll guide you through everything.

Hosting & Maintenance

Our hosting includes 24/7 monitoring, daily backups, security updates, and a staging environment for testing changes. We target 99.9% uptime. Support is included — we're here to help.

Small fixes (under 15 minutes) are usually free. Larger changes like new features will be quoted separately. You can cancel hosting anytime with 30 days notice.

Ownership

Once paid in full, you own your website content and we'll provide all necessary credentials. We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Changes & Cancellation

Need to change scope? Just let us know — we'll provide a revised quote. If you need to cancel, deposit covers work completed to date. We'll part as friends and provide whatever files will help you move forward.

The Fine Print

We'll do our absolute best work, but we can't guarantee specific business results. Our liability is limited to the fees you've paid. Any disputes will be handled through good-faith conversation first.
