How often do you update plugins, themes, etc.?

We review every client site weekly. If an update is low impact, we may schedule it; if it’s a major change, we test it in a staging environment first to avoid downtime or breakage. Security patches? Those go in immediately — no exceptions.

What do you charge for hourly work (beyond the 2 free hours)?

$150/hr — but thanks to our efficiency and experience, we get more done in an hour than most devs do in two. For projects, we often offer flat-rate pricing so you know exactly what you’ll pay.

How do I pay?

Credit Card, ACH, Wire Transfer, or Zelle. We send recurring invoices via FreshBooks, and you can cancel anytime by contacting us.

Can you migrate my site for free?

Yes — we handle your migration from start to finish, usually in under 2 hours, at no cost. That includes setup, DNS changes, SSL installation, and a post-move speed tune-up.
