Privacy Policy

Last updated August 20, 2026

This Privacy Notice for Tamer Designs (doing business as TopSyde) (“we,” “us,” or “our”), describes how and why we might access, collect, store, use, and/or share (“process”) your personal information when you use our services (“Services”), including when you:

  • Visit our website at https://topsyde.com
  • Use WordPress Development & Hosting services
  • Engage with us in other related ways, including sales, marketing, or events

Questions or concerns? Reading this Privacy Notice will help you understand your privacy rights and choices. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, please do not use our Services. If you still have questions or concerns, please contact us at hello@topsyde.com.

1. What Information Do We Collect?

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you express an interest in obtaining information about us or our products and Services, when you participate in activities on the Services, or otherwise when you contact us.

Personal Information Provided by You. The personal information we collect may include: phone numbers, email addresses, names, project budgets, hosting & domain credentials, passwords, usernames, debit/credit card numbers, and billing addresses.

Sensitive Information. We do not process sensitive information.

Information automatically collected. We automatically collect certain information when you visit, use, or navigate the Services. This includes device and usage information such as your IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, device name, country, location, and other technical information.

2. How Do We Process Your Information?

We process your personal information to provide, improve, and administer our Services, communicate with you, for security and fraud prevention, and to comply with law. We may also process your information for other purposes with your consent.

3. When and With Whom Do We Share Your Personal Information?

We may share information in specific situations, including business transfers where we may share or transfer your information in connection with any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition.

Analytics and advertising partners. When you visit our website with analytics and advertising cookies enabled, device and usage information (such as your IP address, browser characteristics, pages viewed, and ad click identifiers) is shared with the third-party services we use to measure our site and our advertising: Google (Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, and Google Tag Manager), Meta, Reddit, and LinkedIn. You can turn this sharing off at any time — see our Cookie Policy.

4. Do We Use Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies?

Yes. We use cookies and similar tracking technologies — Google Analytics 4 for site analytics, and conversion tracking and remarketing pixels from Google Ads, Meta, Reddit, and LinkedIn for our advertising — loaded through Google Tag Manager. On your first visit, a banner lets you accept or decline these; if you decline, we do not load them. We also honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal as an opt-out. Our Cookie Policy lists every cookie, what it does, how long it lasts, and lets you change your choice at any time.

5. How Long Do We Keep Your Information?

We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. No purpose in this notice will require us keeping your personal information for longer than 1 year.

6. How Do We Keep Your Information Safe?

We have implemented appropriate and reasonable technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process. Hosting, domain, and site credentials you provide are held only to deliver the Services, stored encrypted, and accessible to the smallest number of people needed to do the work.

However, no electronic transmission over the Internet and no method of electronic storage can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Our security measures cover our own systems and the infrastructure we manage. They do not extend to your devices, your own credentials, the accounts you grant access to, or third-party services you connect to your website — those remain your responsibility, as described in our Terms and Conditions.

If we become aware of a security incident affecting personal information we hold about you, we will notify you without unreasonable delay and within the timeframes required by Colorado law and any other law that applies to you, and we will tell you what we know about what happened and what we did about it.

7. What Are Your Privacy Rights?

Depending on your state of residence in the US or in regions such as the EEA, UK, Switzerland, and Canada, you have rights that allow you greater access to and control over your personal information. You may review, change, or terminate your account at any time.

Residents of several US states (including Colorado and California) have the right to opt out of targeted advertising. You can exercise that right on our site through the cookie banner, the controls on our Cookie Policy page, or by using a browser that sends the Global Privacy Control signal, which we honor automatically.

8. Social Sign-In and Data Deletion

You can create or access a TopSyde portal account using a third-party sign-in provider, such as Google or Facebook. When you do, we receive only your name, email address, and profile picture from that provider — enough to create and identify your account. We never receive your password, and we do not post on your behalf or read your contacts, friends, posts, or pages.

Disconnecting a provider. You can revoke our access at any time from the provider’s own settings — on Facebook, under Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites; on Google, under your Google Account → Security → Your connections to third-party apps. Revoking access stops future sign-ins, but it does not by itself delete the information we already hold.

Requesting deletion of your data. To have the information we received from a sign-in provider deleted, along with the TopSyde account it created, email us at hello@topsyde.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request” and tell us which provider you signed in with. Send it from the email address on the account where possible; if you cannot, include enough detail for us to identify the account. Self-serve customers can also close an account themselves in the portal under Billing → Close account, which cancels the subscription and removes the sites on it — email us as above if you additionally want the personal information on your profile erased.

We will acknowledge your request within 5 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days. Deletion removes your profile, the identifiers we received from the sign-in provider, and your account’s connection to that provider. We may retain a limited record of past transactions, such as invoices, where tax or accounting law requires it; we will tell you if that applies to you.
