What is not included
So there is no surprise later.
Email hosting
We never host mailboxes and we never touch yours. Your email stays with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, your registrar or wherever it is today, and only the records that point your website at us change.
Your domain name
It stays registered where it is, in your name, and you keep full control of it.
Bigger development work
The monthly hour covers small edits and fixes. New pages, redesigns, integrations and custom features are quoted before they start, at $150 an hour or as a block.
Rankings and traffic
Auto SEO fixes the technical side every week and the AI visibility score tells you where you stand, but nobody can promise a position on Google or in ChatGPT and we do not.
Legal compliance
The cookie banner, the privacy policy and the accessibility check are tools, not legal advice, and we never call a site compliant with any law.
What unlimited means
There are no storage, bandwidth or visitor caps on any plan, no metering and no overage charges, so there is no number to show you. The only condition is normal website use. A website with pages, images, a blog and a store is normal use, however busy it gets. A site used as a file locker or a video host is not. If a site ever grows unusually we talk to you first. Nothing is throttled or billed without that conversation.
Your email when we move the site
Nothing happens to it. We move the website only. Your mailbox stays where it is and the records that route your email are left exactly as they are. The one case to plan for is email that comes bundled with the host you are leaving. We check for that before anything moves and tell you, and if it applies we help you set up a standalone mailbox before the old host is cancelled, so there is never a gap. Email your site sends, like form notifications and order receipts, is routed through our delivery service and tested after the move.
